We are team of engineers and technical specialists who are building a set of software, approaches and engineering processes that combine to form significantly improved level of sophistication over existing standard industry approaches.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: black;">Growing a small company into a leading consultancy and software provider requires its operations to run smoothly. The </span><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Operations &amp; Strategy Associate</span><span style="color: black;"> will be key in achieving this.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: black;">It will be a varied and wide-ranging role, reporting directly into the Head of Operations for the business and the Company Founder. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily functioning of the company, organising and leading many company activities, strategy research into new markets and business opportunity, arranging company events and training and dealing with key vendors.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: black;">The role is suited to someone who is enthusiastic, dynamic and well-organised, and who is motivated by helping us save the planet and interested in learning how real businesses run and grow. </span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Detailed Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li><span style="color: black;">Helping run the day-to-day operations of the company smoothly and a main part of this includes office premise management.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Being the main point of contact for all IT support issues and building relationship with our IT vendor.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Being on top of stock management across the board from stock of IT tools to daily supplies.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Being hands on with various other vendor, managing them and building new relationships. </span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Being involved with invoice management and reimbursements.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Conducting the basic research and exploring various new initiatives taken up by the company, ranging through a host of topics such as legal policies, market information, new admin tools in the industry, insurance and so on.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Organizing team events and trainings.</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Any other admin and organisational tasks.</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div> <strong style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Candidate Requirements:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">&nbsp;1-3 years’ experience in a similar role will be preferred.</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Highly competent user of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Fluent English including high-quality written English</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Independent worker and natural initiative-taker</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Desire to work in a small, exciting, high-growth, international start-up environment</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Can do, flexible and pro-active attitude to work</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a small company</span></li></ul><div><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">&nbsp;</span></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Wind Pioneers’ Offering:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li> Part of a focused team with a clear vision </li><li>A friendly, relaxed office environment and team culture</li><li>Flexible working conditions</li><li>Market-based salary along with the addition of Wind Pioneers’ revenue share scheme</li><li>Support to develop the candidate into a business leader</li></ul><div>  </div>
