We are building a set of tools, approaches and engineering processes that combine to form a capability to undertake the technical management of wind farm development at a significantly improved level of sophistication over existing standard industry approaches.</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">To achieve its aim, Wind Pioneers is driven by its consultancy work, both in terms of providing the revenues for our continued existence, but also to provide a rich source of learning opportunities to help test and develop our approaches.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Growing a cohort of satisfied clients is key to the company achieving its long-term aim, and the</span><span style="color: red;"> </span><span style="color: black;">Project Coordinator for Wind Pioneers </span><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">will be responsible for smooth delivery of all projects for the company. It will include (though not limited to) – defining the project goals, project schedules and delivery, and constant collaboration with the internal team. </span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Detailed Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">The role will broadly involve:</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep track of deadlines and deliverables </span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Collaborate continuously with various team specialists and internal stakeholders for smooth delivery of projects </span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Improve various aspects of Project Management for the company by researching on new tools and techniques that are being used in the industry</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">Candidate Requirements</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>A passion for wind resource, and for the role renewable energy can play in mitigating climate change</li><li>3-5 years of experience in the same field and in a similar role.
