Wingman
We’re Wingman; India’s #1 end-to-end, pilot logbook. We didn’t get there by chance, we got there because we strongly believe in a few things. If you’re looking to join our team, you need to know them too.
- As human beings, it is our right (maybe our moral duty) to reshape the universe to our preferences. At Wingman, we do a small part of the said duty, in a big way.
- Human beings are meant for more; What could be automated, should be automated. The time that gets freed up due to the said automation should be used in achieving the first point.
- We don’t rise to the level of our goals, we fall to the level of our systems. As aviators, the senior staff of the company have made sure that everything in the company has an SOP.
- Smaller teams are better;
- because - less drag, more momentum, which means faster decisions, fewer meetings, and more fun.
- Can feed the entire team with 2 large pizzas.
- No need to chop up work for political reasons.
- No mediocre people.
- We move fast;
- “Slow is fake.”
- You learn more per unit time because you make contact with reality more frequently.
- Going fast makes you focus on what’s important; there’s no time for nonsense.
- Time is the only denominator.
- A week is 2% of the year.
- We all can do more than what we think:
- We are tied down by invisible orthodoxy.
- The laws of physics are the only limit. We are aviators, we know that.
