<div>We’re looking for a high-impact <b>Pre-Sales Associate/Manager</b> to support our growth and drive customer success. You'll be at the front lines of customer engagements—showcasing the power of Xalts’ AI agents, shaping tailored solutions, and helping customers visualize the future of finance operations with Xalts.</div>

<div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Product Demonstrations: </b>Deliver compelling, contextual product demos of our AI agents to finance and treasury teams, with a focus on relevant use cases, automation potential, and business value.</li>
<li><b>Customer Presentations &amp; Collaterals: </b>Create persuasive pre-sales materials, including decks, one-pagers, and demo flows, to communicate Xalts’ value proposition effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li><b>Customer Engagement: </b>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (product, engineering, sales) and external stakeholders (finance heads, treasury leaders, C-level execs) to shape winning solution strategies.</li>
<li><b>Solutions Design &amp; Strategy: </b>Translate customer requirements into tailored workflows and solution architectures using Xalts’ AI and integration capabilities.</li>
<li><b>Proposal Support: </b>Partner with sales leads to build strong business cases—including pricing, implementation plans, ROI analysis, and competitive differentiation—for proposals and RFP responses.</li>
<li><b>Documentation: </b>Own the creation of customer-facing technical documentation, including solution specs, implementation blueprints, and onboarding guides.</li>

<div><b>Requirements</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant graduate qualification is a plus.</li>
<li>3–7 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing product role—preferably in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of finance or treasury operations is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into clear, value-driven narratives.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with CXOs and frontline users alike.</li>
<li>Experience working in cross-functional environments across product, engineering, and customer teams.</li>
<li>Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint/Google Slides; bonus points for familiarity with API-based products or automation platforms.</li>
<li>A self-starter with a bias for action and a passion for helping customers succeed.</li>
