Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and implementing conversational solutions using ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist, developing integrations with external systems, and automating business workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Development

<li>Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.</li>
<li>Develop and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog.</li>
