Core responsibilities

<li>Build and modify conversational flows across dialog, orchestration, and knowledge layers</li>
<li>RAG / knowledge-retrieval tuning</li>
<li>Own escalation logic: transfer conditions, routing destinations, context payload, and reason-code registration</li>
<li>Experience with LLM-driven conversation: prompt behavior, guardrail design, and awareness that models generate content nobody authored</li>
<li>Integrate backend systems through the established handler layer</li>
<li>Author automated tests — unit tests plus platform conversation-level test cases — and maintain the regression suite</li>
<li>Build and own CI/CD: validation, test execution, and gated promotion across environment tiers</li>
<li>Own deployment and rollback; act as first responder for production incidents</li>
<li>Independently diagnose and remediate defects to root cause, with a regression test accompanying every fix</li>
<li>Own configuration and feature-flag governance</li>
<li>Maintain design, test, and state documentation in alignment with running behavior</li>
<li>Reconcile inbound platform changes that originate outside version control, classifying behavioral versus cosmetic impact</li>
