<div><strong>Hi to all Tech Enthusiasts out there , We are hiring for a reputed Banking client of ours for the below positions :</strong></div><div><strong>Designation : Service Management Senior Officer</strong></div><div><strong>Experience : 10 to 15 Years</strong></div><div><strong>Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or Max 30 Days</strong></div><div><strong>Location : Chennai</strong></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>Manage service requests and incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs and resolving issues promptly.</div><div>Ensuring smooth delivery of service for all insourced operations.</div><div>Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing proactive measures to enhance service delivery.</div><div>Work with respective service delivery section heads to resolve any issues in delivery.</div><div>Upgrade skills and knowledge about banking operations and project management to stay updated with industry standards.</div><div>Identify skill and knowledge gap within Service Management team and take steps to fill the gap through internal and external training programs.</div><div>Ensure that all corporate banking services comply with relevant regulations, policies, and security standards.</div><div>Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendation for service improvements.</div><div>Develop and implement crisis management and recovery plans to ensure uninterrupted service delivery during unexpected disruptions.</div><div><strong>Minimum Qualification:</strong></div><div>10+ years of relevant experience in corporate service management.</div><div>Extensive experience in corporate banking or financial services with a track record of managing client relationships and service delivery.</div><div>Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards applicable to corporate banking services.</div><div>High proficiency in handling business operations and procedures</div><div>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationship.</div><div>Knowledge of risk management and compliance practices in banking.</div><div>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across various departments.</div>
