<div><strong>Job Description:</strong></div><div>•	Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment</div><div>•	Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files</div><div>•	Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers</div><div>•	Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts, and coding per accounting policies and procedures</div><div>•	Managing the company’s accounts to ensure on-time payment and overseeing the software system for financial needs</div><div>•	Preparing E-invoices and sending to respective clients</div><div>•	Reconcile bank statements</div><div>•	Input daily bookkeeping and record-keeping.&nbsp;</div><div>•	Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors</div><div>•	Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.</div><div>•	Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.</div><div>•	Calculating taxes and submitting tax returns to comply with the law (TDS, GST, Professional Tax)</div><div>•	Monthly payroll processing.</div><div>•	Secures financial information by completing database backups.</div><div>•	Maintain monthly MIS for payable, receivable, and any other accounting records</div><div>•	Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.</div><div>•	Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization</div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>•	MBA Finance</div><div>•	Proving 3+ years of experience in the accounting field</div><div>•	Proficient in Tally software and advanced Excel.</div><div>•	Good in written and spoken English for work purpose.</div>
