Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:</div><div><br></div><div>Campaign Strategy and Planning:</div><div>Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.</div><div>Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with overall marketing goals.</div><div>Conduct in-depth research to identify target keywords, audiences, and competitive landscape.</div><div>Campaign Execution and Management:</div><div>Create and set up effective and engaging Google Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns.</div><div>Write compelling ad copies and design visually appealing ad creatives.</div><div>Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing to ensure optimal delivery and performance.</div><div>Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance.</div><div><br></div><div>Optimization and Analysis:</div><div>Regularly analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</div><div>Adjust campaign settings, targeting options, and ad creatives based on performance insights.</div><div>Monitor key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and more.</div><div>Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation.</div><div><br></div><div>Reporting and Communication:</div><div>Generate insightful and data-driven reports to showcase campaign performance to internal stakeholders.</div><div>Communicate campaign results, trends, and insights to the marketing team and management.</div><div>Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across campaigns.</div><div><br></div><div>Stay Current with Industry Trends:</div><div>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and algorithm updates.</div><div>Suggest and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead in the digital advertising landscape.</div><div><br></div><div>Qualifications:</div><div>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.</div><div>Proven experience (X years) in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns.</div><div>Proficiency in using ad management platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads.</div><div>Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and analytics.</div><div>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</div><div>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</div><div>Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing marketing trends.</div><div>Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.</div><div><br></div>
