We offer software development, testing, digital transformation and consulting services to our clients across various industries. </p><h1>Role and Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Finalisation of monthly and annual accounts</li><li>Preparation of various MIS reports for management</li><li>Verification of documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance</li><li>Reconciliations of accounts</li><li>Data Entry in books of accounts and MIS software</li><li>Tax Matters including GST and Income Tax</li><li>EDMS documents and workflow management</li><li>Supervision and mentorship of junior accounts staff to ensure adherence to standard accounting practices</li><li>Communications with business partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions</li><li>Cash flow and funds management to ensure optimal utilization of company resources</li><li>Internal audit to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements</li></ul><h1>Candidate Qualifications</h1><ul><li>CA Inter Pass or higher</li><li>Preferably 2 years or more of experience in accounts/audit job</li><li>More than 18 months experience in Microsoft Navision ERP or other leading ERPs</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Expertise in bookkeeping and IFRS to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel to efficiently analyze financial data and generate reports</li></ul><h1>Required Skills</h1><ul><li>Experience in Microsoft Navision ERP or other leading ERPs</li><li>Expertise in bookkeeping and IFRS</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel</li></ul>
