<div>The CRM Technical Lead will be responsible for managing IT delivery teams and implementing large-scale projects. They will also be involved in actual systems development work, including coding, functional and technical specifications, systems development, and testing. The Technical Lead will utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Visio. They will support CRM Delivery for business banking leads, lending, and deposit account customer onboarding. Responsibilities include: </div>
