The role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting, data governance, and overall data integrity within the enterprise performance management (EPM) system.</div><h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement Oracle TRCS applications to meet financial reporting and tax compliance requirements</li><li>Configure TRCS metadata, data forms, and data validations for financial reporting</li><li>Collaborate with business users to gather and document reporting requirements</li><li>Support Hyperion Planning and EPM data integration with TRCS</li><li>Ensure data governance and integrity within TRCS system</li><li>Customize TRCS reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights</li><li>Develop and maintain complex business rules and calculations in TRCS</li><li>Perform system testing and troubleshooting for TRCS applications</li><li>Train and support end-users in TRCS functionalities and best practices</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery</li><li>Provide technical support and contribute to system documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with security and access controls within TRCS</li><li>Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks related to TRCS and EPM</li><li>Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of TRCS capabilities</li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field</li><li>4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle TRCS</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and tax compliance</li><li>Proficiency in Oracle EPM/Hyperion Planning tools</li><li>Strong understanding of EPM data integration and data governance</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables</li><li>Experience with SQL and database querying</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders</li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Relevant Oracle certifications is a plus</li><li>Understanding of financial processes and regulatory compliance is advantageous</li><li>Experience in end-user training and support is preferred</li></ul>
