You can live out your wildest marketing fantasies with us.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>About this Role:</strong></div><ul><li>Must have experience in Government E-marketplace, Driving sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through the GeM/E-procurement Portal.</li><li>Look out for suitable business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders.</li><li>Discuss with the management team to decide upon the opportunities.</li><li>Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid and submit the documents within the stipulated time limits on the bidding portals.</li><li>Good knowledge of Government tender online &amp; offline filing.</li><li>Update&nbsp;the product catalogue in the GeM portal.</li><li>Deletion or Updating of new products/specifications/pricing.</li><li>Should have knowledge of the submission of bids like bunch bids, reverse bid, custom bid and normal bid.</li><li>Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender.</li><li>Handling a high volume of customer inquiries floated under the GeM portal.</li><li>Acting as contact points for all Government agencies or Organizational personnel.</li><li>Keeping lists of the Government agencies or persons representing the person, agency, or authorities.</li><li>Candidate must be able to counter &amp; solve GeM queries of clients.</li><li>Issuing/acquiring authorization and product approval to and from partners.</li><li>Handle reporting &amp; documentation daily.</li><li>Hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive and Google Docs and working on tender specifications.</li></ul><div><strong>Qualification:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (Any field)</li><li>Proven experience of 2-5 years in tendering.</li><li>Good command of written and spoken English.</li><li>Hands-on experience in MS Office Applications.</li><li>Practical experience in a similar position is advantageous.</li><li>Strong time-management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to do work on deadlines and under high-pressure circumstances.</li><li>Well-developed negotiation skills.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Timings</strong>:&nbsp;10 AM to 7 PM</div><div><strong>Working Days:</strong>&nbsp;Mon-Sat</div><div><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Onsite Delhi</div><div><strong>Salary:</strong>&nbsp;Depending on relevant experience &amp; interview performance.
