<div><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities: </strong></div><ul><li>Coding of medical records by ascribing accurate diagnosis and CPT codes as per ICD-10 and CPT systems of coding. </li><li>Coding for records pertaining to HCC &amp; EnM performed with minimum 96% accuracy and as per turnaround time requirements. Exceeds the productivity standards for Medical Coding - as per the productivity norms for inpatient and/or specialty specific outpatient coding standards.</li><li>Focusing on continuous improvement by working on projects that enables customers to arrest revenue leakage while being in compliance with the standards. </li><li>Focusing on updating coding skills, knowledge, and accuracy by participating in coding team meetings and educational conferences.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div> Only those candidates may apply who:</div><ul><li> Have cleared the CPC/CRC/COC Certification with practical know-how of ICD-10 and CPT codes. </li><li>Are certified in any of the following certificates: CPC, CRC, COC or CCS (preferred / good to have). Medical Coder (1+Years) 2 Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Word). </li><li>Are interested in being part of a team dedicated to delivering quality work.
