<div><strong>What would you do?</strong></div><div>1. <strong>Assisting in Strategies:</strong> assist in creating omnichannel / multichannel marketing</div><div>strategies by conducting market research and analysis to identify trends,</div><div>competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, marketing best practices, and</div><div>customer preferences and provide actionable insights for marketing strategies to</div><div>drive innovation.</div><div>2. <strong>Facilitate Collaboration and Coordination: </strong>coordinate with cross-functional</div><div>teams (internal and external) to support the execution of various marketing</div><div>materials, events, and shows, ensuring the vision is beautifully brought to life on</div><div>time.</div><div>3. <strong>Analytics and Insights: </strong>monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics,</div><div>including website traffic, engagement, social media, search and lead generation,</div><div>and provide insights to optimize or re-imagine marketing activities.</div><div><br></div><div>You are someone with:</div><div>• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a marketing generalist and are looking for a</div><div>long-term association.</div><div>• Proven hands-on operation management capabilities working in a fast-paced</div><div>environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members.</div><div>• Extroversion, and the natural inclination to connect with people.</div><div>• Great written and oral English communication.</div><div>• A belief in constant Learning, Unlearning and Sharing, and having no fear of</div><div>experiments and change.</div><div>• Openness to adapt new technology (software and hardware).</div><div>• Proactively analytical, ownership-driven, results-oriented, compliance-minded,</div><div>problem-solving, and calculative aptitude.</div><div>• Sharp attention to details, strong interpersonal skills, smart decision-making ability,</div><div>and be able to manage time, resources, and budgets effectively and efficiently.</div><div>• The belief that great work cannot be done only between 9 and 5.</div>
