The Role in One Sentence
We are looking for a driven, full-stack B2B hunter (3–6 years experience) to generate leads, open doors, and close domestic IT Staff Augmentation deals with GCCs and Product Companies.
Why This Role?
You won’t be a cog in a corporate machine waiting for marketing leads or SDRs to book meetings for you. This is a role for an ambitious individual contributor who knows how to build a sales pipeline from scratch. You will work directly with the CEO with zero bureaucracy, complete autonomy, and a compensation structure designed to heavily reward high performers.
What You Will Do

Drive Targeted Lead Generation: Build prospect lists, identify technical hiring triggers, and run high-converting outreach campaigns (Email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold Calling) targeting India-based GCCs and Product Companies.

Open Doors &amp; Book Meetings: Bypass gatekeepers to secure discovery calls and pitches with key decision-makers (VPs of Engineering, TA Heads, and Procurement Leads).
</li>
<li>
Own the Full Sales Cycle: Guide self-sourced leads from initial outreach and rate negotiations all the way to MSA signing and account onboarding.
</li>
<li>
Maintain Simple Pipeline Hygiene: Keep track of your leads and revenue forecasts in our CRM without getting bogged down by endless administrative reporting.

<li>
Partner with Delivery: Collaborate seamlessly with our internal recruiting team to ensure your clients get top-tier tech talent rapidly.

Who We Are Looking For (No-Nonsense Requirements)
<ul>
<li>
Proven Staffing Sales: 3–6 years of direct B2B sales and lead generation experience specifically within the IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation industry.
</li>
<li>
Domestic Market Knowledge: Active network and a proven track record of opening doors with GCCs and Product Companies in the Indian market.
</li>
<li>
Lead Gen Proficiency: Hands-on experience using modern prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and standard CRMs) to generate your own pipeline.
</li>
<li>
Hunter Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable with rejection, excited by the chase, and motivated by closing deals rather than managing spreadsheets.
</li>
<li>
Remote Discipline: Highly organized, accountable, and proactive while working 100% from home.
</li>
<li>
Location Preference: Based in or around Pune or Hyderabad for client proximity and occasional strategy sessions.
