As a Sr Azure DevOps Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and driving our DevOps strategy and ensuring that our development, testing, and deployment processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable.</div><div><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>&nbsp;Define and implement our DevOps strategy for enterprise solutions using Azure DevOps.</li><li>&nbsp;Work with the development team to integrate DevOps practices into our software development lifecycle.</li><li>&nbsp;Automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure fast and reliable releases.</li><li>&nbsp;Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable.</li><li>&nbsp;Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate tasks and improve team efficiency.</li><li>&nbsp;Monitor and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our DevOps processes.</li><li>&nbsp;Lead the training and development of the DevOps team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support our enterprise solutions.</li><li>&nbsp;Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to DevOps and cloud infrastructure.</li><li>&nbsp;Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization on DevOps and Azure cloud solutions.</li></ul><div><strong>Required Skills</strong></div><ul><li>&nbsp;Experience working with Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud services, and Azure resource management.</li><li>&nbsp;Experience automating build, test, and deployment processes using tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure ARM Templates.</li><li>&nbsp;Lead and manage Azure DevOps services, including source control, build, and release pipelines.</li><li>&nbsp;Strong understanding of DevOps practices and principles, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.</li><li>&nbsp;Automate software deployment, testing, and monitoring processes using Azure DevOps tools.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure compliance with security and compliance requirements.</li><li>&nbsp;Strong understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.</li><li>&nbsp;Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>&nbsp;Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>&nbsp;B-Tech or M-Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology.</li><li>&nbsp;7+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, with a focus on enterprise solutions.</li><li>&nbsp;Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification is a plus.</li></ul><div><br></div>
