Our modular feature store, Enrich, comprises a number of pre-built feature engineering apps to help data teams cut time-to-market for each data science use case including unified metrics, customer behavioral modeling, ML model building, and recommendations. 

Enrich streamlines the data prep process with versioned pipelines, delivering continuously updated data through intuitive interfaces and surfacing context around datasets via extensive metadata and lineage tracking.

The offices are headquartered in Toronto. The position would be remote (in Canada or the US) with travel across the US.
 
The Position Description
 
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented sales leader to join as the first person on the sales team and build. As the first sales team member, you will oversee the end-to-end process. From making recommendations on CRM and sales processes to prospecting, you secure meetings and close deals. This role is for someone that enjoys autonomy and makes the role their own. 

The successful candidate will be required to identify, research, and originate new revenue opportunities triage and schedule qualified meetings. They will be responsible for conducting meetings with clients to understand their process, technology needs, and goals and drive new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Your scope is North America;
  • Market to gain new business through prospecting and to call and to email;
  • Strategize your prospects, plan and schedule meetings;
  • Conduct client meetings along with company executive team;
  • Assist team in the continuous optimization of processes, data capture, revenue forecasting and reporting;
  • Create and own a sales playbook for the company; 
  • Make recommendations on software;
  • Proactive in self-development in B2B SaaS best practices – coursework, self-study and vendor training;
 
 Your Strengths
  • Your scope is North America (you’ll need to travel across the US, with valid travel documentation);
  • You’re an established hunter
  • Liaise with Marketing and leadership to move prospects from the top to the middle of the funnel;
  • Strategize your prospects, plan and schedule meetings;
  • Conduct client meetings along with company executive team;
  • Assist team in the continuous optimization of processes, data capture, revenue forecasting and reporting;
  • Create and own a sales playbook for the company; 
  • Set up process and software for Scribble’s overall sales motion
  • Proactive in self-development in B2B SaaS best practices – coursework, self-study and vendor training;
