About the Role
We're looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Influencer Marketing professional to help scale our creator marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys discovering new creators, building relationships, coordinating campaigns end-to-end, and ensuring flawless execution.
You'll work closely with agencies, creators, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life while continuously identifying new opportunities to grow our creator ecosystem.

What You'll Do
Creator Discovery &amp; Partnerships
<ul>

Scout and identify high-potential creators across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
</li>
<li>
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators across finance, business, investing, and adjacent categories.
</li>
<li>
Evaluate creators based on audience quality, content style, engagement, and brand fit—not just follower count.
</li>
<li>
Stay on top of creator trends, formats, and platform developments to uncover new partnership opportunities.
</li>
</ul>
Campaign Execution
<ul>
<li>
Own influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.
</li>
<li>
Work with influencer agencies and creator managers to source talent and drive campaigns.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate creator outreach, negotiations, briefing, content reviews, approvals, and publishing.
</li>
<li>
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
</li>
<li>
Act as the primary point of contact for creators and agencies throughout campaign execution.
</li>
</ul>
Operations &amp; Program Management
<ul>
<li>
Manage campaign trackers, timelines, and creator databases.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Brand, Creative, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.
</li>
<li>
Handle contracts, invoices, payment tracking, and campaign documentation.
</li>
<li>
Continuously improve processes to make campaign execution more efficient and scalable.
</li>
</ul>
Measurement &amp; Insights
<ul>
<li>
Track campaign performance across key metrics and derive actionable insights.
</li>
<li>
Maintain creator performance benchmarks and recommend creators for repeat collaborations.
</li>
<li>
Share learnings that help improve future campaigns and creator selection.
</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>
2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Creator Partnerships.
</li>
<li>
Experience working directly with creators and/or influencer agencies.
</li>
<li>
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
</li>
<li>
Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
</li>
<li>
A keen eye for content quality and what resonates across social platforms.
</li>
<li>
Curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to execute.
</li>
<li>
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you'll own outcomes, not just tasks.
</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, investing, personal finance, or consumer internet.

Experience working with regional creators and multilingual campaigns.
