Customer Relationship cum Business Development Manager (Remote) – Apparel/Home Textiles
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (IST) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Location: Remote (India/IST) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST, Mon–Sat &nbsp; About the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship &amp; Business Development Manager to strengthen and expand our client base within the apparel and home textiles industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. &nbsp; You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams while managing relationships with hotels, wholesale, and retail clients across Dubai and other international markets. &nbsp; Key Responsibilities • &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including hotels, wholesalers, and retailers. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer portfolio. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and update customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups within the CRM system. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, WhatsApp Business, and other digital communication platforms. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare quotations, reports, and business correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor customer requirements and proactively resolve issues to ensure a high level of service. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. &nbsp; Requirements • &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Previous experience in customer relationship management, business development, customer service, or account management. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Prior experience in the apparel and/or home textiles industry is essential. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with Google Workspace and professional email communication. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience using CRM systems and WhatsApp Business for customer engagement is an advantage. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
